We’ve reach the 0.30 milestone. This is somewhat of a seminal milestone for Lyceum. We’ve implemented a lot of core features (although there are still many left to go…).
But perhaps more importantly for some administrators: beyond this point, upgrade documentation and scripts will be provided with each point release. You can install Lyceum and feel confident that when you upgrade to the next version, you won’t need to do database acrobatics, or wonder if your config files are sufficient.
Over the next week or so I am going to focus only on bugfixes for 0.30, shooting for a 0.31 bugfix release on May 1. So go download 0.30 and put it through its paces so we can squash all the bugs!

Maybe you should write some changelog ?
If someone does not use trac,he maybe can not know what change is.

Good idea. I think when 0.31 comes out, I will do a little tour of the features.

Administrators can now feel confident about designing a Lyceum deployment without having to worry about difficult upgrades in the future. [...]
